This lovely townhome is conveniently located one block from the beach. You can easily walk or there is public parking only 100-150 yards from the property. You are also walking distance to the Surf Restaurant and Bar for seafood, burgers and live music.
This is NOT a pet friendly property (no pet permitted).
No smoking of any kind, including vaping, in or outside of this property.
There are two parking spaces via the drive-way. Additional street parking is available.
Sand Dollar Vacation Rentals does not provide or guarantee beach chairs or like accessories, but previous guests may leave such behind.
Check-in is 4pm EST and Check-out is 10am EST (There are no early or late check-ins/check-outs March through November)
Check-in Instructions will be emailed to the booking guest 24 to 12 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date.

I believe that we were the first to rent this new property and WOW!! it’s everything you could ever want in a rental.. The unit is really nice with every luxury you could ask for .and a location equally good! You’re a block from the beach (easy walk) and all of the restaurants and grocery’ stores are close just in case . I can’t imagine finding another unit similar in size and location any better then this one for the same price. Book it, you won’t be sorry. !!

Amazing home across the street from Beach! This home was brand new and was perfect for 3 couples. The beds were super comfortable, there was a huge kitchen with island and there were 3 full baths for everyone's privacy. This home was beautifully decorated and in a wonderful area where it was so convenient to get to restaurants and grocery but still very quiet and peaceful. The beach was a 5 minute walk and was very easy. Also, more than ample parking available. This one pushed all our buttons for a perfect stay!
